David Woroboff Scholarship 2022-2023

For Entrepreneurs

We encourage future entrepreneurship students to  apply for the David Woroboff Scholarship for Entrepreneurs. $1,000 will be awarded to one student who is planning to study to become an entrepreneur. The requirement is a short essay, and the winner of the contest is chosen from the content written in that essay.

Scholarship Overview

Mr. Woroboff has been an entrepreneur for more than thirty years, and he relishes this chance to give back to the future generation of student entrepreneurs using this scholarship award.

The David Woroboff Scholarship for Entrepreneurs now announces our fund. We are open to future entrepreneurship students within the United States. We provide $1000 of scholarship funding to a star student that is studying to become an entrepreneur, and our goal is to boost awareness of the challenges that young students undergo on their road to a career in entrepreneurship.

Criteria

To be eligible to apply, students should be a current business student at a university in the United States or high school student that will attend university for a business degree, and has an interest in launching a business.

We will award our scholarship to the winner of our essay competition.  One winner will be selected based on the best creative essay of under 1000 words which answers:  

“Explain how you could create a business idea that would fix an existing issue in the world today.”

Amount

One time award of $1,000

Deadline

The deadline to apply for the scholarship is June 15, 2023.

Winner Announced

The winner for the scholarship will be announced July 15, 2023.

Applicant should email their response to the essay question “Explain how you could create a business idea that would fix an existing issue in the world today.” in Word Doc format to [email protected].
